The Annual Assembly is on Monday 20th May at 6pm in The Russett Room, The Legacy Studio, Ashmead Square, Eastfield.

Purpose of the Annual Parish Meeting The purpose of the meeting is for the Parish Council to explain what it has been doing over the last year and enables electors to have their say on anything they consider to be of importance to the people of the Parish. Who can attend the meeting? The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting of all the local government electors of the Parish. It is NOT a Meeting of the Parish Council. Anyone may attend but only registered electors of  Eastfield  may vote.

ABOUT EASTFIELD

Eastfield is a town and civil parish in North Yorkshire, England. It was often considered a suburb of the town of Scarborough, and is located next to the town's boundaries. It was granted town status in January 2016.

According to the 2021 UK census, Eastfield parish had a population of 7,200, a significant increase on the 2001 UK census figure of 5,863.

The town council is Eastfield Town Council.
