You are hereby summoned to attend an Extraordinary Meeting of Eastfield Town Council to be held at The Legacy Centre, Ashmead Square on Thursday 23rdJuly 2026 commencing at 5pm for the purpose of transacting the following business in accordance with LGA 1972, schedule 12 Para 10(2)

This proposal is to discuss a parcel of land on the site to be offered to Eastfield Town Council
